Volunteering is a qualitative indicator of the development of civil society, the basis of which is built on European values. More than 100 million people in Europe are volunteers, three out of every ten Europeans claim that they participate in the work on a voluntary basis, and almost 80% of European citizens believe that volunteering is an important part of democratic life in Europe. Volunteer activity contributes to the expansion of opportunities for full participation of citizens in the public life of the country, strong democratic and moral values in society. Thus, the problematic situation lies in the contradiction between the need for an active life position of the younger generation that contributes both to its positive socialization and the building of a developed civil society and the insufficient level of self-organization of the youth in all its forms, including in the volunteer movement.

AIM:
To promote young people’s active citizenship by ensuring deeper Youth participation and inclusion through promoting volunteering
